Three Castles 2019

It’s three years since I did this event and the weather is very different. Last time it was 20deg with glorious sun, this time grey and wet, very Welsh!

Scrutineering and paperwork today. Lots of ‘colouring in’ on the route book and careful notes made of the more tricky bits. I’m looking forward to tomorrow and it looks to be challenging for both driver and navigator…

A few pictures from the promenade at Llandudno, our home for the next four nights. Notice the cars seem to be getting newer but the crews older somehow?

About James Ewing

Cars are my passion in my business and private life. I run James Ewing Limited - International Brokers of Collectors Cars and I also have a successful restoration business. I navigate on classic rallies in the UK and europe and in my time have competed in many types of motorsport. At home we have an interesting collection of micro/mini cars, a 1958 Renault 4cv, 1962 Fiat 600d Multipla and a 1967 Subaru 360. All in all I spend most of my time 'dickingaroundwitholdcars'
