Rally Surprise!

Yesterday the phone rang with good news. A navigators seat on the Flying Scotsman rally had become available at the last minute and would I fill it?
Geoff Cook in his Vauxhall 14/40 2 seater tourer with dickey seat needed a co-pilot, he lives nearby, we have met before and I sold a car for him a couple of years ago. An ideal situation.Well, it didn’t take long to say yes and here we are on the way to scrutineering on the M25.
